BY ORDERING FROM THIS SITE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY:

You may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days after receiving your merchandise for virtual store credit or exchange only. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Syndicate Clothing Co.. All authorized returns shipped to Syndicate Clothing Co. will incur a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Once we receive your request, we will e-mail you a return authorization number. All returns authorized by Syndicate Clothing Co. are subject to inspection to ensure that the item is unworn and unused with tags still attached.

Syndicate Clothing Co. reserves the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any stage of the ordering/shipment process

SHIPMENT/ORDER PROCESSING:

We will ship within the USA only. If there are any problems with processing the order, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail and/or phone. Order processing takes approximately 24-48 hours. All shipments are sent using USPS Priority Mail, unless special arrangements are made with Syndicate Clothing Co.. Normally, USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 2-4 business days.

If item is not in stock you will be contacted via e-mail and given approximate ship date if agreed upon.

RISK OF LOSS/DELAY:

All items purchased from Syndicate Clothing Co. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/delay and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
